Despite us being nothing to do with Dacres, we were purely exiting a property that they were selling for our landlord, Gavin looked after us and communicated with us with class. He and the team were respectful of our position being tenants and always kept in touch so we knew about viewings etc. Gavin then got in touch to let us know we could collect our mail from their office in Morley and helped me collect some bits we had forgotten. Absolutely top class service, he really went out of the way to be a great person and representative of Dacres. Thank you.

Theres a crook of an agent. Won a bid for a property that was a real bargain but he fiddled with it and someone else won it for less. Corruption at its best, pity thugs get away with these things, just be careful.
