    Disgusting. Don’t order from this place. Sent me Sui mai which was about a third of the size of what they should be and to top it off they STUNK of burning and were rock hard. The sort of people who work here don’t give a **** about what they’re boxing and sending you because these quite obviously weren’t edible at all… For the price you’d expect a little consideration and pride in themselves to not offer such a poor service.

    First bad review ever. Got a wrong order first time then did not recieve a second order at all. I proceeded to get berated by an employee after calling and attempting to sort it out (I remained polite the entire time). I was dismissed and told to call a third party delivery app instead. Rubbish service and rude employees.

    Daddy's Dim Sum - Weybridge The order was so wrong I wish I could rate you zero. The Vegan Udon Noodles had chicken in it, the Mixed Vegetable Dumplings were missing, we received some non descriptive spring rolls, that we had not ordered, and the Crispy Smoked Chicken starter [appetizers] was just a box of broken batter; without a trace of chicken to be found. My partner has been vegan for going on 25 years and also has severe allergies to certain animal product. A restaurant should not have any excuse for sending non-vegan food out to us [Vegan dietary], as the kitchen/chef should be controlling orders and the owners/managers should know what is going out the door. This lapse in restaurant controls could have detrimental impact, especially where mistakes of this nature; could be fatal. Obviously we are never ordering from any of the Daddy's Dim Sum restaurants again, as they clearly do not take food safety very seriously. Dietary restrictions: They offer Vegan options, but then send you meat instead. Appalling.

    Had a Deliveroo from DDS last night (Norwich); lovely array of steamed buns, gyoza and spring roll dishes. Also had two mains (Korean spicy chicken and deep fried squid rings); was very impressed with the portion sizes and overall all dishes were very tasty. Sadly turned up a tad on the cold side, but that will be down to Deliveroo dragging their heels / doing multiple drops before us. Would recommend!
