Unreliable and rude. Made a booking well in advance however Damp Demons failed to turn up, ignored 3 answerphone messages and when I did finally speak to them just said 'oh....did have it written down but I didn't turn up...oh well go find someone else to do the job'. So we did. Just a quick update.. after leaving this review Damp Demons tracked me contacted me and were very rude and abusive towards me. Avoid like the plague. Down graded to 1 star due to this

I used damp demons to get rid of the damp I had in my kitchen and living room. I found them very professional, polite and I was very satisfied with the end result. On completion of the job all the rubbish was cleared away and my property left tidy. I have no reservations about recommending Mark from Damp Demons to anyone who has a damp problem.
