We went in Summer 2022. They may have improved by now and I really wanted to love this place... Sadly not to be. Firstly the golden rule with pork ribs is to remove the membrane at the back before smoking. The ribs still had the membrane intact which isn't pleasant when trying to eat. My beef short rib was pretty much inedible... i'm all for gnawing meat off a bone but it appeared that this meat hadn't been cooked properly. It was extremely tough and was basically impossible to eat. It seemed to have been cooked too hot and too fast. Something had gone wrong. Slow BBQ'd short rib is basically brisket on a bone and should be juicy, soft and edible! Finally, the cheesy jalepeno poppers were a breadcrumb case with nothing inside... But I'm sure they've upped their BBQ game since last summer. It's a lovely spot and they all seem lovely up there.

Whilst the food is great. The delivery is very poor. Ordered at 2pm. Expected delivery at 2.45. By 3 tried calling 10 times and constantly goes dead. Food didn’t arrive until 3.30. Double the expected delivery time. Zero apology from the driver just, ‘there’s your food’. Previous service on collection has been amazing, it’s just a shame that such a poor delivery service has now hampered my view of ever ordering again

Ordered for delivery which came half an hour later than stated, it’s a Saturday night so I understand it may be a busy time however what I received was appalling. Paid almost £10 for just a burger that states it comes with thick cut bacon and caramelised onions, I receive no onions and what can only be described as a wafer thin piece of bacon that was half the size of my burger (it was also barley warm by the time it arrived). I also ordered the Mac n cheese bites which were £4 and stated they’d come with guacamole, salsa, sour cream, red onion, jalapeños ect, but that’s not what I got. Instead, I received 5 tiny mozzarella sticks that cost £3.50. There was no mozzarella in them, just dry empty tubes of nothing, I’ve had nicer ones from the supermarket which are a fraction of the price and you receive a lot more than 5. Not happy as that is not what I ordered! Don’t waste your money, not worth it at all

Flaming Joe's doesnt flaming dissapoint! Such great value, So so so tasty! I had the cheesy loaded fries with pulled pork! Came with few extra flavours caramalised onions, chives, bbq sauce. All complemented each other well. My friend had a double bacon cheese burger with chips looked very tidy and he demolished it so guessing it tasted just as good as it looked! Great selection of desserts chocolate brownies and cheesecakes.. also tasted nice and very good value at 3 to 4 quid a piece. Customer service was good and seemed like all the staff were happy.
