The shop is nice and tidy and we would love to go there more to buy in person especially with warhammer but the guy is so unbelievably rude it's nicer to just shop online. We have been in a few times and it's always the same, Daves bookshop sells some warhammer too and they're lovely so try that.

Brilliant price. Brilliant products. Absolutley awful customer service, no phone number to call the shop on which is really unprofessional. Contacted them on their website email, no reply. Contacted them on facebook twice, no reply. Delivery was over a week late, money taken and no parcels through my door. I had to drive to the store (around 50 miles away) on a whim to see where my goods were a week after ordering them to find they hadn't even posted them yet. Had to wait nearly 2 hours at the store for the manager to get out of a meeting, so the shop worker could authorise the collection the goods instead of having them delivered as they were for my son's birthday. Terrible customer service Sort it out.
