Overpriced to say the least. I went in and asked for them to fix a screen hinge and I paid £37.50 for 'investigation and diagnostics'. I had thought this would be the total cost so at the time I thought this was reasonable. When I picked it up they charged another £42 +VAT for the spare parts. As I needed the laptop ASAP I paid In total £95.40 for fixing a hinge on a laptop. Considering I had walked into the store and told them to fix the hinge, and still charged the £37.50 to investigate and diagnose the issue it's ridiculous. Even worse, the laptop was returned with scratches all over the back of the screen (shown in image attached). However credit where credit is due, the problem is fixed which is what I had asked them to do and the hinge works fine and they did a basic clean of the keyboard. £95.40 for a broken hinge!!!
