They were extremely professional and the final product was perfect and to our exact description. The turnaround of my fiancée's diamond ring was extremely quick and Faz presented it in a beautiful box with a light. Faz and his team are brilliant! Faz is not only super friendly but honest and trustworthy (compared to many other jewellers we visited in Hatton Garden). My fiancé bought my engagement ring from Faz as his cousin recommended him. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and we went back for our wedding rings also. He gives more than fair prices and is very patient and consultative I also wanted to change my platinum wedding band to a gold one and Faz not only did that but made another ring out of my old platinum band for only 50£ more with a nice red stone. Additionally he is always responsive about other jewellery inquiries that I make regarding earrings, necklaces etc. What impressed me the most about his services is that he is very honest about what he can get for me for cheaper than what I can see online or what is best purchased from other vendors. Moreover, I once came to him with a broken necklace from my mother that had emotional value and although there was little hope of it being fixed due to various factors (I had been rejected by other jewellers) he still checked with his team for me and sent it in. I even told him I am considering of replicating it with him which would have been quite a sum but he still insisted on sending it in first and actually managed to fix it (even if it’s just short term due to the delicateness of the item). Can’t recommend him enough!
