    Would give negative stars if there was an option to. We're still sat here waiting for fish and chips after waiting for an hour and a half already. Amazed at how disorganised and disinterested the staff are. Complete shame, great location, layout and it's a well furnished restaurant. Make sure you cancel any other plans for the day if you want to risk it. (Current status: hangry)

    Well not a place we will be venturing into again! An hours wait from ordering to table. Lady on next table returned her meal as fish not cooked. My fish was nice but a lot of chips had brown marks on them. The restaurant wasn’t full by any means so could not understand the delay. Others complaining too. Shame as lovely setting.

    My wife and i thought we would try the fish and chips in the restaurant and a kids meal for my nipper! Well! The place was not at all busy yet we waited almost an hour for our food! I had to tell the waiter we had still not received our drinks which we ordered first! All of the food including the fish, sausage and chips were cold! The mushy peas were stone cold! Also couldn't believe we had to pay before we eat! Tried to explain to the waiter guy but he didn't have a clue what to say/do! Hence this review! Nearly £50 for less than average food which was cold and took an hour to cook apparently fresh! If you are looking for FRESH HOT food then i would avoid this place! Such a shame as the setting is lovely!
