Bad company, they make buildings that fall apart after a few years. My apartment has so many leaks and mould even after a couple of years, electrical wiring is dangerous, or so I have been told by my electrician. Avoid.

I have received an absolute awful service with Delph since moving into my flat last year. Myself and my partner reported an issue with our flat in December 2021, and 4 months later, nothing has changed. We have been referred to the Delph Customer Care team, who are slow to respond to emails, often taking days to update us, they have sent contactors who didn't turn up, and one several times, who has said every time, he doesn't know how to fix the issue. It's affecting our quality of life in the flat, and the customer care team don't seem to care.

Absolutely fantastic team. The house viewing we had was warm and welcoming, we were given the space and time to view the property and were well informed about all aspects of the property. The team got the ball rolling very quickly and Vesa in particular put in a considerable amount of leg work. We were constantly kept up to date throughout the process and the staff were incredibly polite and friendly. We would happily return to this estate agents in the future and would highly recommend it to others.
