First time visiting and a wonderful experience. Excellent value for good quality clothing if you're prepared to rummage 😁 I bought £8 worth of clothing , from jumpers to trousers and gloves. So pleased, as I'm on a low budget, love clothes and being presentable for work and in general. A wash in the machine with lovely smelling softener, !Made my day during these unprecedented times and saved me money. What I bought will indeed be worn often and used for a few years to come, yay!. More importantly, my hard earned money is going to a worthy cause. High Street fashion comes and goes in a blink of an eye and we produce so much waste! So think before you buy unnecessarily! thank you Demelza 😊 x

So we set off this morning to donate to Demelza , we pulled in to be told by a female member of staff “there’s a sign there’s a sign you can’t unload yet “ apparently you can only donate from 10am. The time was 09.50 and It was a dry day with no rain expected plus the building has covered ways. Whilst I appreciate rules and the intricacies of staffing a volunteer organisation this lady should be sent on a customer facing course her attitude was appalling. We will not be donating to Demelza anymore!

Lots of items for sale from furniture, toys, clothes, books to bric-a-brac. They deliver and collect furniture as well as receive donations at the store. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help.
