Visited Anna with a shoulder injury that a third party practitioner had suggested needed surgery. After six months of discomfort and unable to raise the arm above shoulder height I tried something new. With the first visit the pain reduced immediately and the range of movement enormously expanded. The second visit reinforced this and the treatment area expanded. By the third and final visit I hadn’t noticed any issues with the shoulder in the week between appointments. Delighted I got to avoid surgery and that the issue was so quickly fixed and I can train again. Thanks Anna.

After a quick response over emails and fast booking for an appointment I had my initial consultation and was recommended Neuro Rocking therapy by Ana, the treatment was very relaxing, I felt very safe and assured the whole time, I found Ana very patient and attentive and her personal recommendations were much appreciated. I've booked a 6 session block to continue the therapy at a great rate with 10% discount. Couldn't be happier with her service, very excited to go back.

I booked in for a block of accupuncture sessions with Ana. I had been suffering from daily headaches for as long as I can remember. Ana is thorough and creates a holistic view of your health and wellbeing. My headaches have reduced drastically and I rarely take pain killers now. My overall joint pain is generally much better too in addition to cleared UTIs. I love visiting Ana for treatments - they are so relaxing. I always feel so much lighter after a session. My partner says I appear to have more of a spring in my step too. Magic! Would highly recommend for headaches/joint pain and general well being. Thank you!

I've taken my teenage daughter twice for sports massage following niggling sports injuries. On both occasions they made an immediate positive difference. Ana gave me an hour long massage and it was an excellent experience. She is very knowledgeable and attentive when listening to the issues I had and the massage was exactly what I needed. An hour passed very quickly and when I left my shoulders were very relaxed and 5cm lower down than they were when I went in. 24hrs later and my back and shoulders are still feeling deeply relaxed. I highly recommend Ana.
