My engagement ring (not bought from DG precious) lost one of it’s 31 small diamonds whilst I was washing up. I called DG precious to see if it would be possible to repair the ring. They said they could fix my ring and replace the missing diamond for me with no problem. I sent my ring to them in the post via recorded delivery with Royal Mail. They acknowledged receipt, quickly repaired the ring and sent it back via recorded delivery within 2 days in a new protective box. The ring came back beautifully cleaned and repaired to it’s original beauty. I am extremely happy with the service this business has provided. The customer service is 1st class. I would highly recommend them.
