Do not come here terrible staff attitude, I went to try on clothes in the fitting rooms and when I came out I slipped on a mat they had ontop of a marble floor! I ended up falling and spraining my ankle. Avoid this shop poor health and safety for customers

Terrible customer service, refused a refund when it was perfectly viable under the consumer rights law. Became confrontational and rude upon request. Actually they were quite rude from the beginning of our entering there shop, we weren’t allowed to try an item we bought and they said we could bring it back if need be. I went back the same day half an hour later, and he insisted that he’d given me a receipt that confirmed no refunds. When I checked my receipt it did not say anything of the sort. He still maintained that I had no rights to a refund and eventually I left. Please do not shop here, they have a terrible attitude and do not respect customer rights.
