This location is a joke. I had a pre-paid labels but sadly no way to print them. They apparently are unable to print things at the location either. This is a global shipping corporation and its service point has no way to print labels for their customers? But alright, eventually I got the labels printed and attached to the parcel. Turns out that I also need to print an invoice but at no point I was informed of that. So another trip to the service point wasted. The staff is completely unhelpful and the location is completely unprepared to serve customers.
