The worst delivery service - even though the delivery was scheduled between 9am - 1pm, the dude has never showed up till 3pm!!! and he expected you to stay indoors for the whole day since you as a customer are blessed to have the delivery done by him. Just imagine when the delivery guy dictates you what you should do to be able to receive the parcel (just wait for him 24/7 and maybe you'll be lucky to get your parcel delivered on the date). Customer service doesn't care about the issues

Piss poor customer service. Driver couldn't "find" the address despite having postcode. Company had contact number which they didnt use. Knew of so called "incorrect" address for 6+ hours. Waited to end of day to say couldnt deliver.
