DO NOT USE THEM.. Unprofessional and rude staff. Worse experience ever. I paid a huge fee for a parcel to ensure it delivers fas and I wasn’t aware of hidden charges that the receiver was requested to pay. It’s 2 times the amount. My parcel is still held 2 weeks now. The staff were un knowledgeable and the manager was rude. When I came back to the branch to seek help, a big build lady that I assume she was the manager, she was rude to me and simply said it wasn’t their problem. She approached me with a frown face, negative voice tone and attitude. I explained my issue and she was like that’s not their problem and she didn’t even share the DHL contact of customers care team when I asked. She said they won’t help you. Her voice tone was making me more stressed as she was raising her voice with anger and attitude. I left the store gutted and stressed. I recommend you to use other branches.
