Walked in and the security guard was the nicest part of our 30 second interaction. Felt like an interruption to the staff’s important conversation about the night before. No acknowledgment or attempt to interact or even say hello and we walked straight back out.

Misleading sales assistants who would sell anything just to make the sale. Was sold a shirt which I was made to believe was men’s and when tried to return it I was told the item was worn as there is a mark on the collar and they would not accept it for a refund! Shirt was tried at the store and the mark on the collar was noted to the sales person who assured me I can return it if I change my mind. The Manager Iris was very rude and condescending and was trying to convince me that I have indeed bought a male’s shirt when it is clearly described as woman’s on their website. Diesel has definitely fell into its dark days as I am a regular customer for years and it looks like the new strategy is sell anything to anyone and refuse to take responsibility. Avoid their Carnaby street store at any cost!
