I will post a full review on Trust Pilot but please avoid this company. They have lied to me at least four times about the whereabouts of a product I ordered over a month ago. Staff have been short and unhelpful, in the latest instance ignoring my emails and having to waste my own time chasing on their live chat. No courtesy to update me on whereabouts of the product despite agreeing to wait until the end of September and then no etiquette on their live chat when I politely asked why I haven’t received it yet. I have no faith they are telling the truth when they say it was despatched a week ago. Especially as they could have simply tracked the product and let me know in that instance, rather than fobbing me off because it’s Friday afternoon and leaving me hanging on the chat. One of the most disrespectful customer experiences I’ve had.

I can’t thank this business and it’s staff enough for all of their help in recent months after investing in new handheld radio terminals, I am proud to have been the first owner of the new Hytera HP795 DMR provided by Digitall-Comms and have just placed a further order for more units. Very helpful and friendly staff, my direct contact ‘Ellie’ has been very helpful having been unaware the company existed so close to my home address until recently I am know very pleased to have come across them and look forward to doing more business going forward for all my radio communication needs!

The overall experience of working with this radio company is an incredibly positive one. Ellie (who I was in discussion with) was very professional and efficient. The radios were delivered and picked up on time and using them was very simple but highly effective. Without them, working on the large park sites would have been difficult. No faults came about. Would definitely work with them again.
