I had an appointment today for ear wax removal via micro-suction, on arrival I was greeted by a very friendly lady who made me feel at ease and asked me a few simple questions prior to being taken through by the audiologist to have the procedure done which was very straightforward and completely pain free. I was shown on a screen the wax build up in my ears before the procedure then again after so I could see it had been successfuly removed, very professional and friendly throughout, would highly recommend Discretion Hearing Ltd.

Excellent service and highly recommended. David is friendly, sociable and very professional. I went for ear wax removal and David had a micro camera which could see the inside of my ears and was shown on a large screen. I could see the wax in my ears and everything was visible to me as he was removing the wax by micro suction. It was quick and painless but very effective. I was really amazed at how much he removed and there was “ a clump “ of wax in one ear ! Will definitely go again if wax builds up and starts to affect my hearing.
