Divi Design was recommended to me by my neighbour who used them few years prior. At the time I contacted Divi Design I already had approved planning drawings, so I used them only for steel calculations for my loft floor. I know my builder called them few times during the construction and they were very helpful. Their expertise and responsiveness were impressive, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of design or engineering services.

Do not use this company. I used them as structural engineers to have some drawings and calculations make for the removal of a chimney and steel beams being inserted. They are not structural engineers and they outsource this. It also took three tries for them to get the correct drawings and i had to pay extra for the final correct one. They clearly didn't understand the brief or logistics of the job and they charged me extra for their mistake when they had to go back to the structural engineer they use. I feel like a fool for using these people, don't make the same mistake.
