I had a single floor rear extension done to my house in St Albans and as I travel abroad very often I needed someone to help me with planning and building regulations; as well as oversee the construction work. Steve did a great job, he is responsive, helpful and constructive. He helped me find a builder, worked closely with the builder and took responsibility to resolve an issue when needed. He prepared weekly reports with photographs and made the whole process stress free for me. I can whole heartedly recommend Steve.

We've had our single floor extension designed by Steve including internal changes to room layout, both downstair and upstairs with an added shower room and connection of 2 dormas. Steve has been very professional from start to finish, very approachable, open to discussion and listened very well to what we were looking for. It was great that he was able to meet with us on Zoom and provide good visual presentations online , at evening hours of the day as we have a very busy schedule with work and children during dat time. The process has been overall smooth and hassle free as he also submitted the plans on our part. The only delays came from the council, but Steve was quick to respond to them with any further information they required, and followed up with the council on decision dates to help us get a response on time. I would highly recommend Steve especially if you want a direct, hassle free process. He is very experienced in the St. Albans area and has great knowledge of what is usually approved here. He also helped us find a professional builder and structural engineer from his list of contacts. Thank you Steve!
