Throughly disappointed and upset to have to be writing this review. DO NOT give any money to this man... I paid in good faith to attend the WOOF! Conference which for whatever reason was cancelled (in Sept 2022) ,despite being assured of a FULL REFUND within 30 days I am still waiting ! I have sent emails and text ( most have been ignored) . Sad when not only have I lost hundreds of pounds but I have also lost respect for a man who has given a lot to the dog industry. Sad times.

I would highly recommend that nobody books anything with this man! My partner and some of her dog training friends booked the Woof Conference 2022, organised and run my Chirag Patel, this was then cancelled in September. She received an email stating that her refund would be processed and back with her within 30 days. This came and went, so she sent Chirag an email asking when she was likely to receive it. He responded quickly to the email saying that it was being processed and would arrive shortly. We put the delay down to the amount of refunds having to be done and expected it to arrive shortly after and didn't really think anything more of it. This didn't happen, so another email to Chirag was sent to which no reply ever came. A further 3 emails from my partner and countless others by her friends have been sent with no reply to any. A couple of her friends have now started legal proceedings to try and recover the costs. This is now something we will be undertaking in the new year. All the while this has been happening Chirag is openly advertising other events, training sessions, training weeks etc. So we are left wondering exactly where our money, over £700, has gone!? Safe to say I wouldn't trust this 'man' (I say man, but no real man would rip off innocent people) with a stuffed toy of a dog, let alone a real one, and certainly not with a penny of my money. Be warned people and stay well clear!
