Called in with our dorema awning,as the zips were playing up,(this is a 2010 awning,so hasn't done too bad) fella comes into reception and had a look,he instantly knew what the problem was,needed 8 new zips and fitted them on for me,it works spot on now.Cheers.👍

After recent storm damage I had 2 poles that had bent .not knowing where I would get them replaced I phoned Doreema. I told them the problem and asked if I could call in and buy from them. They told me I could only buy online, but due to it only been 2 small poles They said I could call in. Darren told me I had put the clamps on a wrong pole that would not have helped he gave me the poles i needed free of charge. I can not thank him enough for what he did this is really a good place.

Shocking experience I have an all season air awning not cheap an it’s not of satisfactory quality and they don’t care they would rather break the law than help out customers an find out what faults these awnings have I have plenty of pictures save your money and don’t bother

Bought the Dorema Oslo 300 porch awning and I am so so disappointed with it. The door at one side is baggy & the zip looks 'scewif' no matter what I do with it. The small poles that fit under the canopy WILL NOT go on, the poles are not straight which means the clamps will not tighten on to the frame. I live in my caravan and have had many many awnings over the years, this is the only one I have a problem with. It looks awful with the bagging at one side. My advice, don't buy the Oslo, it is not worth the money!!
