When asked if i could convert my blind to an electric one they advised spending another £500+ as they don't sell their motors or components. Even though motors are typically about £100. Nor will they provide any information so i can source components. Customer service should be an attitude not a department ! Shocking service !

The blinds were advertised as next day delivery, I proceeded to purchase these. Only at the end of the entire process adding requirements measurements… it stated standard delivery, as this was the only option it makes sence to presume this is still going to be with me next day. When they didn’t arrive I contacted the team, as per the attached they didn’t help one bit. Maybe they should consider how many blinds I could have purchased from them (working for one of the largest construction companies in the UK) if they treated customers with respect. Very very disappointed, don’t use them. There is no excuse to keep the advert saying it’s next day delivery when it’s not! it’s misleading, incorrect, unethical, and false advertising. Poor effort from customer service representative, who then blames the customer for their false advertising. More reviews to follow when I eventually receive the expensive blinds.

Slow deliver, missed delivery, empty promises and damaged items. Other than that fine. Told delivery would be one week over a month after order then wasn't and no call to let me know. Then offered discount for delay which was withdrawn via email after the call as i had an offer on the original order. 6 weeks for blinds is not acceptable Then item turns up damaged poor package
