Bad service, I booked on the phone. When I booked, the staff didn’t say anything about the cancellation. But when I want to cancel, the stuff said I need to pay for all the 10 days’ fee, because it is on the website. But when I booked on the phone, he never mentioned they have a website or when I cancel, I have to pay all the fee. I even don’t know they have a website. This bad attitude makes me think how they will treat pets.

Mia our labradoodle stayed at Downlands for 4 days, she came back home clean, happy and healthy. The facilities are great, Mia was able to run daily and play ball with one of the kennel staff everyday. Nice to know that when you do have to go away that your pet can be left in such good hands. Great job Downlands!
