Honestly i have experienced some issues with this gp myself regarding rudeness from nurses and late prescriptions but it is understandable considering the strain on the NHS right now. However, my mother is also registered at this gp and has been experiencing some severe indigestion problem, back pain, constant uti etc… She has continuously attempted to make an appointment to get referred as there is clearly an underlying issue but the surgery will not even grant her an appointment with a doctor! When filling out the form online she has been granted an appointment with a nurse 5 days later. This gp seriously needs to consider how it treats its patients.

Absolutely rubbish doctors and receptionist. All are extremely rude and unprofessional. never answer and if they do you get an appointment at least 5 days later. Dr al qazi will ask you what medication you want not what you should be given. Will give you methadone if you asked for it

You can never get appointments. We use the online booking system to request an appointment and even after 3 requests no one phones. If there is any correspondence then we get refered to a pharmacist or greet healthcare centre. Receptionist are unhelpful and rude. No chance of a face to face appointment.

Only decent person in surgery is anjana!! Ravinder the receptionist is a joke and rude they aint got a clue whats going in the surgery its gone downhill 10 folds avoid at all costs drs are a joke charge 40 for a letter when its £20

Absolutely terrible, they cut off repeat Piscriptions with out seeing the patients, and with out informing them. Also you cant get appointments when needed. I’ve done more visits to the A&E this year as I couldn’t get any appointment.
