Dangerous and appalling. The automated service is constantly full but on top of this, the doctors are completely incompetent and it's honestly a wonder how they got their licences. They conducted and put forward an ill advised operation that's crippled my partner and now they are unable to walk and refuse to now help them with the constant pain and nerve damage they inflicted. Legal action is a possibility and anyone who is considering registering with this GP would be better off asking for a brick wall to advise their ailments because at least that wouldn't cause them to potentially lose a limb. Disgusting and would give no stars if I could.

Been coming to this doctors surgery for years, the staff are always very nice. It can get very busy though and can take a while to get through to a receptionist if you need to see a nurse for something like a routine injection like I have to get.

I have been trying to get a home appointment for my Mum and been ringing since 8.00am this morning , all I get is an Automated voice saying they are busy with calls , and no other options other booking an appointment online which I can't access because I am not a patient at Laindon health Centre. Also she needs a prescription for a new Antibiotic that isn't on her repeat , but is part of a Emergency pack so need to talk to reception. With no way of doing this it's dangerous !!!
