Phone service is terrible. You're in a queue for forever. When i finally reached number 1, the surgery has closed. But the same answering machine is playing telling me I am number 1. Atleast a system should be in place to let people know their call won't be answered. How can answering 7 calls take over an hour. When i joined the queue i started from number 7. Over and hour later. I got to number 1. But found out the surgery has closed
