Terrible terrible GP practice. Dr Dean and Dr Goldstein are some of the loveliest doctors I’ve ever met who true-heartedly listen to you and are empathetic. They really don’t deserve such a terrible team. Dr Faizy and Dr Grocock are stern and disrespectful to patients and they don’t start treatments that are necessary. One of the receptionists are very very rude when they speak to you, they have a horrible attitude as if they can’t be bothered to do their work and answer calls. The organisation of files are absolutely horrendous in the practice. I’ve had to go back and forth with registering in the practice again after being abroad for under 3 months. Next time I won’t even say if I’m going abroad, be it being in Spain for the next 5 years or spending my life in America. It’s so tiring and inefficient. Just a bunch of excuses thrown at my face. Now they’re saying I don’t have one of my medications prescribed which is ironic as the practice gave me 2 months worth. I recommend training Dr Grocock and Dr Faizy in terms of empathy and kindness and in terms of speaking politely. I also suggest that the practice gets its act together and stop getting prescriptions wrong and arguing with patients.

The Receptionist are very courteous caring and attentive always happy to help I generally See Dr Faizy who again is courteous professional and patient I never feel rushed, I have seen other Doctors at the surgery and in my humble opinion this surgery is 2nd to none. If I leave the area I will ask can I stay under their care and travel to them. Not forgetting the back staff as if it wasn’t for them I’m sure the functionality wouldn’t be as it is.
