The doctors are fantastic here however this surgery gets incredibly let down by the rude and aggressive receptionists who aren't interested in helping you out in the slightest. You have to call at half 8 and 1:30pm but of course you can never get through. If you do by chance get lucky and speak to one of the receptionists you will be asked what is wrong with you and they will use their many years of experience in medicine to diagnose you on the spot. If they deem you worthy enough you might, just might, get an appointment. If not you'll get a standard "computer says no" response. The fact that they can't even book anyone in more than a few days in advance is a complete joke. It's 2019 and they don't even have an adequate system in place to book you in properly. One star because doctors. Otherwise - minus five stars!

They have an electronic prescription reordering service which you collect directly from the pharmacy of your choice.
