Meeting with Dr. Segal later after the tests was very pleasant, informative and full disclosure was made of the results, they were laid out clearly, and led to a settled conclusion of the review. Dr Oliver Segal instilled the utmost confidence in me with his calm and efficient bedside manner when explaining investigations and procedures. His professionalism and knowledge is obvious at the initial consultation and he did not push any of the investigations and tests.I made all the decisions whether to take them or not. He and his PA Poala dealt with any test results and follow up consultations so efficiently and there were no delays at what would normally be a very stressful time. An excellent experience all round.
