Breast Implant surgery with Dr Tillo, Dr Tillo was very warm, welcoming and explained the process in detail from the first consultation right through to the morning of my procedure. On the day of my surgery, he went through everything again with me and made me feel at ease before going into theatre. Surgery was quick with no complications, and I am extremely happy with the results I have achieved. My advice would be Take Dr Tillo's advice on what will be right for your body, he knows best :-).

I had been considering breast augmentation for a very long time, 7 years in fact. So doing research for my plastic surgeon was to say in the least a very extensive process. I found Mr. Omar Tillo by chance online and after viewing his work on social media and his recommendations from Centre of surgery- I booked in my consult. The level of questioning I had was not easy, my mother had a bad case of BA and I wanted to make sure I was 100% confident with my surgeon and his recommendation for implants. I also work in aesthetics so I high standards of what good looks like. Mr. Tillo answered all my questions and then some! He showed me examples of similar cases and explained the entire process from start to finish. I had a sizing apt and I felt like we made a plan together which was really important for me. He made the entire process comfortable and I really feel blessed that he was my surgeon. The day of surgery arrived and I was nervous but the operation was very fast and I was back on my feet that day- back to work from home that week and my scars are very minimal. The size he instructed and shape was in keeping with my request of natural with a bit of confidence boosting- I just wanted to feel like myself again in my clothes, which I feel he achieved and then some. It’s only been 6 weeks but I can’t express how happy I am with his work and my results. If you’re reading this- hands down the most genuine, calm and a real rising star in plastics. He specializes body contouring, so if this is something you are considering he’s the one. I would in a heartbeat recommend my own mom or best friend to seek out Mr. Tillo, a true artist with an excellent eye for detail and patient safety. I went to Dr. Omar for earlobe surgery (over time my ears stretched from wearing heavy earrings) and his work is quite frankly incredible. Even though he had to slice through my ear, the scars are almost completely invisble! Nedless to say, I'm very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Mr. Tillo and this practice!

Dr Omar Tillo is an absolute magician! He is an incredibly talented artist as well as a surgeon! He has truly changed my life for the better! I had a thigh lift with fat transfer and tattoo removal with him on August 23rd. The results are amazing I am over the moon he has made my body 10000000% better! The scars are very thin! My thighs are tight and small and the fat transfer looks soo good!! He also removed an horrendous tattoo and there is no trace of it at all! The ONLY downside to this is I WISH I found him sooner! I have previously had three thigh lifts and two fat transfer by different surgeons who all completely botched me so not only did Dr Tillo have to correct someone else’s work but he gave me exactly what I wanted! Dr Tillo catered to my every need he was very informative and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire experience. I’ve not only referred him to two more people but I’m going for another round with him in a few months! He is the best in the game !!! And I can not commend him enough!!! Can’t wait to see him again!!!!! Thank you for changing my life for the better!
