    Leaving a review, should always be honest, i have the pleasure to leave this review,100%Outstanding service, no matter what i no i can always phone my doctor, and receive help and understanding, from all thee staff, i am so lucky, my mother who lives in Birmingham, and is 85 years old, and disabled,,and trying to get her doctor to see her or even a phone call, is impossible 🙄 i don't understand why, it's so badly organized, so many thanks to my doctor and all the staff, as you make a great difference to my life 👍

    I went to Dr Kumar's surgery yesterday I need a Letter as I suffer with depression and anxiety . Dr Kumar called me yesterday I told him why I need the letter he said he could write me one but only if I have 25 pounds . I don't work and I don't have this money to pay for the letter . So he won't help me I'm 55 years old and my depression and anxiety have got worse because we are getting evicted next month . I told Dr Kumar this over the phone but he didn't seem to care . He kept saying he can only do me the letter if I have the money . How's this caring about people's welfare it's discusting . There is no help out there .

    I have had an extremely excellent experience with Dr Kumar. Whenever I phoned for an appointment , I had no problem getting it when we wanted it - if we asked him to make a home visit he always asked what was the problem and came same day and treated me with respect, politeness and caring manner. He understood my needs and always provided great care and explained clearly and precisely the planned treatment and what to do and phone numbers to contact and listened to my wishes and needs. Through out my illness and even after my stroke I was treated very well and never neglected. I think Dr Kumar is an exceptionally great doctor and I am fortunate to be his patient. His team is very efficient and helpful.
