    I Honestly can’t thank the staff at this surgery enough. My mum went to put a prescription in yesterday as she normally would. And unfortunately became unwell in the waiting area. It turned out that she was having a heart attack. Not only did the staff act quickly which without doubt saved her life. They done so with care, compassion and kindness.     Everything now is online, filling out quite literally a questionnaire about your issues, in order to be able to have a phone appointment. Received an email after filling one out Thursday, that I would be contacted the following day. No phone, to realise I’d been sent another email to say that my phone call will be the following Wednesday. It’s now Thursday afternoon and still silence. God forbid if it’s anything serious, can’t even get a phone call

    Been registered here for many years, the staff are rude and just want to fob you off, 2 medical professionals in one evening have said this medical practice is bad. Almost impossible to get an appointment unless you can queue up before 8am to get one, which is ok if you're able to have time off work to do this. Overflow surgery in Costessy, many people cant get there. Definitely changing to another surgery
