I have been with this Practice for many years now. Like many of the other reviews I’ve received nothing but excellent service. For me Dr Turner and Dr Mason are second to none. These 2 doctors in particular have gone out of their way to get me the help that I’ve needed quickly. They are very caring, knowledgeable and professional. The reception staff have always been very polite and lovely too. I would definitely recommend this Practice to anyone who may be looking to change.

Cannot fault this Doctors practice for putting their patients first. You can always get an appointment on the same day if urgent. A special mention to Dr Mason who is so sympathetic and understanding of patient needs. The reception team are also supportive and prioritise the needs of the patients. Keep up the great work!

Been at this surgery most of my life and would not change it. My whole family also. Doctors who listen. Who know you and care. Lovely nurses. There is a lovely young receptionist who remembers key information about you. Treat them as you wish to be treated.

I've been with this surgery for only few weeks so yes it's early days and their service may change but they say you have to experience the bitter to appreciate the sweet, this practice have done more to lookout for family's health than my old practice did in nine years of being with them, Dr Sharma - Bilston are fantastic I'd recommend them to anyone who are having problems with the practice they are with. I don't normally call out the names but I really think the tudor medical group Bilston need investigating they are the real face of our broken primary care system.

Absolutely shocking waited for 3 weeks for a phone call . Given no actual time for this call , missed the call now I've got to wait another 3 weeks literally for a call back again . Disgrace don't care about anyone . Get better service anywhere else this is supposed to be a doctors it's a joke.

Rubbish practice Doctors don't seem to care about your issues it's just a conveyer belt service. Been here twice now and both times been rushed and still have my issue I initially went it for. Have to wait a week or so just to get a call back from doctor and then more time to get an appt. How is this absolute dive still allowed to open

Not even registered yet with this surgery but there registration policy is unlike any other city or gp practice I have been! I submitted my application almost 5 weeks now. Heard nothing, when called a stoned voice receptionist tells me GP is off for 2 wks then again 3 wks with further call as if there are no other doctors in this practice to review registration, then informed me it will take 9 to 10 weeks to get registered! Is this a joke ! I said I have repeat insulin prescription, the receptionist suggested to get that from my previous gp which is 60 miles away ! Then suggested to get from walking centres . I was under a diabetic specialist needed to be with one urgently due to my frailty but the receptionist is not ready to listen to any of it ! If I could I would give this practice-10. Wastage of CCG money and contract.
