York - They know what they're doing regarding the actual plumbing but will rip you off any chance they get - and if you're not happy you'll be told to "go elsewhere" because they're "not bothered" My price increased throughout the phone call because i questioned why it was different to last time. Started at £80ph - ended at £120 when i hung up. Shocking customer service from Neil.

And very quickly came out to check the situation and provided guidance and suggest options to rectify our problem. What excellent service provided in the community.
