Dear Sirs, I am writing to say how impressed I am with the level of service your chap was today, I dropped my keys down the drain near where my car was parked, an thought that all was lost. After having a look on the internet and finding out that yours was the only company that stated you could help I contacted. The person got back to me after I left a message and was really polite and help full. After 2 or so hours the contractor arrived, he was great, really friendly and I felt looked after, i.e. I didn't feel stupid etc. He lifted the drain cover and got out a grabber thing, after two attempts he successfully retrieved my keys.. amazing. Great service and as Dar as I'm concerned well worth the money.. especially as he came from Kent! Thankyou John Crosby

My old lead main water pipe burst. My usual plumber quoting £2-£3k to replace and would dig up the front of my house, with up to 2 weeks to complete. One call to Gordon at Drain Boss and his team of Engineers were at my house at 10.00 the next morning with their 'Mole' machine. The pipe was replaced and water back on by 3.00 same day. Only £600 and didn't need to dig up my garden either. Fantastic service , saved me a fortune as well. I can't recommend Gordon and his team enough. Thank you Drain Boss!
