    If there was an option of zero I would give it. On several occasions they have given me a downgrade with the excuse that there are not enough cars, however this is a joke as booking is online and therefore they should be able to check whether the car type booked us available or not. Staff behaviour is appalling. During my recent booking they tried to blame a windscreen scratch on me. The car was poorly aligned and unsafe to drive. Stay away at all costs

    the car was fully covered. yes luckily. customer service screwed.. I think does not exist in this firm. told it's petrol but actually it's diesel. last day travelling to airport with a flat tire. support came but there a was a special nut which was the serviceman could not open. ended I drove to send the car by risking my whole family. now I demand a claim

    Very poor services and car condition with limited cars. I got a damaged car with malfunction window making us unpleasant. Staffs are very unhelpful in an attitude that either I took the damaged car or not offering any cars to us. When I issue compliant to the CS team, they deny the fact that the window is malfunction and close the CS case brutally. List of extra charging items and those items are not being told when we sign the contract. Those terms can only be found by googling it by myself. My worst car rental experience ever.
