All the staff at this practice are amazing, so glad we chose this practice after a recommendation. They are so helpful and welcoming, it's very reassuring that when we leave our cat with them we know he's in safe hands.

A brilliant practise, with great staff! We have always been treated efficiently and in a friendly and caring way. I took my cat, Tabby in this morning to be given a worming tablet. She was very stressed. I saw veterinary nurse Jennifer Guest. She was brilliant! Very knowledgeable and took time and patience to solve the issue successfully! One very happy cat….and an even happier owner! Cat putty here we come! Thank you to you all! Diane

I am reporting this practice to The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons for gross overcharging and lying by over dramatising the condition of my dogs leg with a view to charging me £4000 plus for surgery that is not needed. The initial examination carried out by one Mike Burke who confidently stated that the dog had pulled her cruciate ligament, not too badly, as he could manipulate the joint without causing any pain and that she was still able to walk using the leg. She then had X-rays for which I was charged the enormous amount of £1117.79 (the highest cost I could find in the entire United Kingdom!) and then told by Diana Mendez Perez that she had BROKEN her ligament and would definitely require surgery! An X-ray of a leg does NOT show ligament or muscle, it ONLY shows bone! These people also think it is acceptable to charge £27.78 for an anti-inflammatory that actually costs them £2.60. This is also going on EVERY social media platform I can find.
