I firmly believe this company is a scam. I purchased 2 security cameras from them on 01/12/2022 which they said were in stock and payment was taken on the same day. They advertise that orders are dispatched within in 48 hours. This is 12 days later and they haven't arrived. All efforts to contact them has failed. I emailed them twice to get an update on my order and to date have not replied. They have 2 phone numbers to contact them on their site which I have tried on numerous occasions and no one answers. They have a professional looking web page which led me to believe I was dealing with a bone vide company , obviously they are not. If they were a genuine company and there was a problem with the order, I would expect them at least to have the courtesy to contact me and let me know. But to point blank refuse to answer emails and phone calls smacks of total fraud. I would advise people not to deal with this fraudulent company. I will be most interested to see if this company comment on this review. Believe you me, only I live too far away, I would be knocking on their door and sort this out man to man with the director who is listed on company house. I know who you are. You have posted you have no record of my order ? I have just emailed you a copy of the invoice you sent me for my purchase, you are a complete conman and a liar. I will get my money back from you in one form or another. It is quite obvious the other reviews are completely fake, just like the company. I'm glad you posted a reply to my review, that means you are reading this. As you refuse to answer emails or phone calls this seems to be the only means of communicating with you. I have told you I will get my money back from you one way or another, so it's going to be by ' another ' I have some ' friends ' in your area, believe me, they will be in touch. It will be the most expensive £45 you have conned out of anybody.
