    Got my blow dry done for my birthday. Hostess was very nice and smiley offered me a drinks which I ordered a coffee, she also gave me a head massage whilst washing my hair which was very relaxing. i got blow dry+treatment paid £65 which I think it was a little overpriced as my blow dry only lasted a night! I think if she leave my hair on for a little longer it would’ve lasted longer but as I was the last customer in the salon they were quite rushed to go home. Service 🌟🌟🌟 Value for money 🌟🌟

    Was going to get a blow dry for my birthday dinner. Arrived and they said that my appointment time is not long enough to wash my hair. Alternative was to wash and not blow dry properly and just have it straight (?!) I booked this appointment three days ago and apparently they knew it wasn’t enough time but they said they were to busy to call me. Don’t waste your time by booking here and ruin your event/ evening.

    I booked the braid service on my birthday as I had been aware of the company for so long and was so excited for a birthday treat. However the 'luxury experience' they advertise was definitely not what I got. It felt incredibly rushed and impersonal, I didnt even get my hair washed as was also advertised, and even had to ask for the stylist to spend a bit more time on my hair as she was only interested in getting the braid done and getting me out. After 12 minutes I was finished and feeling really flat. The actual braid was fine but 100% not worth the £35+ I spent on my birthday. Really disappointing and I wouldn't recommend.
