    I went here to get a severe toothache looked at by the dental a&e team. A lovely 3rd year canadian student called Tianze was working on my dental problem and he could not have been more gentle and supportive of me as a patient with a bit of dental anxiety. His supervisor, Sarah was also really nice and explained fully what was going to happen beforehand. I had a small anxiety attack in the chair during a procedure and I was given plenty of time to sit and relax and drink water before the staff and students continued working on my tooth. Tianze was chatty with me and completely put my mind at ease. What a great team at the dental hospital, so grateful for my experience today :))) Aya, the 5th year student did the final bit of work on my tooth and was also brilliant with me. Well done 👏

    These people are amazing beyond words. The phone staff were incredibly friendly and the 2 individuals who removed my molar were beyond professional. If all dentists were as kind and friendly as the people here then nobody would have a fear of the dentist. It really surprises me that they have no means of receiving donations for the amazing work they do.
