Our Bosch Classixx 7 condensor tumble dryer had a fault where the container light kept flashing when the container was empty. Cleaned everything out as recommended and the fault was still occurring. We called E.H.S and they gave us a number for a guy to come out and take a look. The guy who came out arrived quickly, was reasonably priced and diagnosed the problem within 5 mins. Unfortunately the dryer was unrepairable. We spoke to the repair man and explained our usage of the dryer and asked for his recommendation. After receiving his recommendation, we called E.H.S who had the dryer in stock we were seeking. We paid over the phone and the dryer was delivered to our home 3 hours later! The delivery guys were polite and respectful of our property. Overall an excellent experience and would highly recommend the company to others! Thank you E.H.S
