They were so helpful and empathetic to the fact that we were going away a couple of days later and made a point of making sure our repair was done in time. Called the lady yesterday re problem with my awning, she made me an appointment today to drop it off to be fixed(zip issue) asked if it could also be valeted and reproofed, no hesitation she agreed to do it for me, hopefully have it back in the next 4 to 5 weeks as she's so busy due being closed. I will review again after completion but very happy do far.
