I used the ESP Hub for the first time today (28/04/23). It’s a little confusing to start with but it is the far right door you need to go through. Follow the stairs to the top and the reception is directly in front of you. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The two hand gel dispensers were empty and the water dispenser was broken. Parking was easy and I think you get around 4 hours on site.

The ESP hub at Lowford is modern, clean and welcoming. I've found the reception staff and the nurses to be very friendly and helpful.
