Had been a regular for a year now and haven’t regretted getting a package ever since! I usually get massage and acupuncture afterwards, but recently noticed that acupuncture before massage works better on me. The place has a lot of therapists and honestly every one of them has their own style and expertise. I usually go for deep tissue massage, as it helps with my anxiety and OCD. Acupuncture, although sometimes a bit painful, feels really great afterwards, so I would recommend anyone suffering from neurotic and mental disorders to visit this clinic and get it. The place also offers walk in head and neck massage just by the front door. Appointments are not available and it is always a walk-in service.

I had a very bad experience at this place. I was in a lot of pain. My hand went numb during acupuncture treatment. I had a lot of needles in me and couldn’t move. I was calling, banging on the wall with my free hang, shouting help for at least 20 minutes. Eventually the practictioner happened to come upstairs. He said “Oh we cant hear you downstairs”. He immediately started telling me that I should buy some medicine if I didn’t like acupuncture. He had little concern for the fact that I was faint, in a pain and on the verge of tears. When I said that it was crazy that they leave clients alone he pointed to a bell on the other side of the room than the treatment table and laughed and said “you can’t reach that!” He didn’t offer any refund or real apology. I was so upset I got out as quickly as possible. My hand is still painful. I’m hoping no damage has been done. I have reported this to Westminster Council. I called the clinic several times to discuss it with them, out of courtesy before emailing the Council and leaving this review. There was no answer. Please avoid this place for the good of your health and to avoid a distressing experience.

I’ve been a long-term regular at the practice. It’s very friendly and nice n clean. I use either Lady therapist Hung or Lily. They are top-notch. My complaint/condition is usually lower back pain or injury from my workout. They are able to sooth and relieve the pain. I like strong, deep-tissue massage. They do this well, but it also feels good! I’ve been barely able to walk, had treatment here, and magically was ‘healed’! Give them a try next time you’re in the West End. They’re literally across the road from Leicester Square tube station.

I suffered from depression for years, hadn't been sleep for 5 days, went to visit Dr. Ren, before she finished inserting the needles I was sleep. She had to wake me three times to tell me she had finished. I went home and slept for 17 hours. Dr. Ren. Simply the best.

My Insomnia was almost driving me crazy that I couldn't work efficiently or eat properly during the day time. I left tired and stress all the time. After visited Easy health for consultation and took Dr. Ren's herbal medicine for seven days, I can feel my body is recharging day by day and sleep time is going back to normal night by night.
