Very easy company to deal with, my son was given the run around by the insurance company after a no fault accident but once ECF contacted him life became easy. They were accomodating with regards to times, they were prompt with responses, kept him informed of progress, especially when there was a delay in getting the parts. He was given a very good courtesy car to use throughout. Even dropped the car off when it was finished at the last minute as he was ill and parked it in his space as he was to ill to move it himself.
