I rang to book a contraceptive appointment and the receptionist was just rude. It was like she either didn’t have the time to talk to me or didn’t want to. Eventually I got the appointment booked and two days before the appointment they sent a text to cancel it. When I called back to book another I was met with the same stinking attitude. I’m glad I never went there anyways. I would not like to be treated by people who clearly do not want you there.

I made a call for an appointment as I was listening to watch the woman was asking me I could not hear her so I asked her if she could repeat herself she's telling me she came up keep repeating herself at this stage or at this time I could hear that this woman obviously didn't sound too well if she was ill or what but she just wasn't speaking very clearly at the end of the call she said to me she will send a text knocked off the phone instantly these doctors and these health clinics have no way of speaking to customers they are rude disrespectful and need to learn their customer service skills they all should be sacked refilled. Otherwise don't work up with people if you're going to have to stinking a dirty attitude the whole of North London customer service is disgusting you all are rude and need to learn some manners

Tried to book an appointment for contraceptive counselling. The receptionist was rude and it was extremely difficult to understand her as I believe she had an issue with her voice. She hung up the phone and her information was poorly conveyed. I am a nurse and would not recommend anyone attending this clinic

I am very pleased my experience today, i am not sure what the names were but the doctor and nurse that were treating me were very nice. They made sure i was okay and constantly made conversation to make me feel comfortable. I have had worse experiences in other clinics so i am with the service i received.

I went to walk in clinic and they said they are full booked. I was trying also call the to book an appointment and they said i need to call before the clinic is started. This is ridiculous why they can not just book appointment for the next day etc? And if you work at night you need to stay awake just to book an appointment? They are really rude and unhelpful
