I just had my first Elemis Wellbeing Back Massage with Lucy, the newest beauty therapist at Eden and I am so glad I booked in! I usually stick to my same therapist (being a creature of habit) but I am really pleased I pushed out of my comfort zone and tried a new experience with Lucy! She instantly made me feel at ease with her warm and welcoming aura. Everything about my 30 minutes was perfect, from the beautiful treatment room to Lucy's pressure! Absolutely love Eden. The staff, especially Rosie; who I have had complete all my treatments and my mums, is polite, kind, curtiouse and professional. She ensures that whenever I have a treatment, I am warm, comfortable and happy. The ambience and decor is second to none and as soon as you walk into this salon, you feel at peace. Very rude stuff, terrible services, the worse experience l had in my life, I was sick and l had to cancel the appointment, but the woman at the reception became angry with me and start to scream, I don't recommend this place, they are very unprofessional, plus they keep call me and text me even after l told them l don't want never go back there again, is annoying.
