    Unfortunately Ella’s hair salons quality has decreased. The salon is unclean and she no longer has the different options of hair to buy they have become limited. The prices have increased dramatically which isn’t shown on her website and not worth the hair she is actually doing. It is an unprofessional environment as she is doing another job while being at the salon. Her sister did my hair instead of Ella the person I booked with and the sister burned me with kettle water during the end process of my hair.
